Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a Content Evaluator who is fluent in Vietnamese and English to perform human quality evaluations for an enterprise AI customer support product.

Qualifications

• Customer service background or experience in customer communications via email, chat, or phone.
• Exceptional written English with tone, brand voice, grammar, and nuance.

Responsibilities

• Model Evaluation: Review and score AI-generated customer interactions across dimensions such as action fidelity, faithfulness, hallucination, compliance, and tone.
• Intent & fact verification: Benchmark informational and transactional queries against official sources within the task UI.
• Quality assurance: Participate in dual-review processes and calibration audits to ensure consistency across evaluators.
• Deliver precise evaluation aligned with performance targets and project SLAs.
