SouthernCarlson, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC. This field-facing role builds and manages a sales pipeline to meet targets, develops new business through outreach, and grows customer accounts while resolving issues.

A valid driver’s license and mechanical aptitude are required, with emphasis on field-based relationship building. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company

Formación

• 1+ years in sales or business development
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Mechanically inclined with tools/fasteners knowledge
• Strong industry network or ability to build one
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Self-motivated and solution-driven
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and outreach
• Manage and grow customer accounts while resolving issues
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer follow-through
• Present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs
• Stay informed on product offerings and market trends
• Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships
