Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Trainer to implement and manage health and safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Solid understanding of OSHA standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed.
• Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.
