Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated Construction Safety Trainer to implement and manage health and safety practices in line with OSHA regulations and client standards.

The role requires a self-directed safety professional with strong communication and computer skills, capable of conducting on-site inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of continuous experience in construction safety.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital safety platforms.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
• Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Interface with OSHA and other regulatory agencies as needed.
• Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with facility management and subcontractors to align with EHS standards.
