Qualifications

• 3–5 years of continuous experience in construction safety.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital safety platforms.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
• Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping including injury/illness logs.
• Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed.
• Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.
