Job summary

Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner seeking a bilingual Recruiter to fill a wide range of construction positions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will engage with English and Spanish-speaking applicants and drive full lifecycle recruitment for craft, trades, and technical roles.

You will lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives while partnering with hiring managers across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience recruiting in construction or industrial sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build proactive recruitment plans.
• Recruit high-volume craft and technical talent.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Focus on electrical/mechanical construction and industrial roles.
• Enhance Loenbro's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Manage applicant workflows within the ATS and meet KPIs.
• Support multiple regions as needed.
