Vogel Bros. Building Co. in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage proposal development and submission for water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Central Florida.

The role supports business development, estimators, project managers, and executives to produce client-focused responses to RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs. The position is on-site with some travel; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing or construction; relevant experience also acceptable.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; strong written and verbal communication in English essential.
• Experience with proposal development, RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and submission of high-quality proposals and bid packages for construction projects.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and executives to gather pursuit content and ensure brand consistency.
• Produce client-focused responses for RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs; edit and format proposals for digital or print reproduction.
