Job summary

Texas Freedom Concrete Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential concrete projects from start to finish. This role requires leadership to coordinate crews, schedule deliveries, and ensure safety and quality on site in Texas.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in construction supervision, with proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience reading plans. A valid Texas license and ability to back trailers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in construction.
• Experience in residential homebuilding or concrete construction preferred.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must have experience pulling and backing trailers.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders, project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within company quality standards.
• Perform job site inspections before, during, and after concrete placement.
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate daily progress with the office and customers.
• Solve field issues quickly and professionally.
• Transport equipment and materials as needed.
