Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have two years of related experience.

• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provides advocacy and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Documentation and compliance with policies and procedures.

Skills

Understanding of family systems

Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with MS Word and MS Outlook

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field

Master’s degree may substitute for experience
