Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate preferred.
• One year Group facilitation and/or Supervision experience preferred.
• One year experience in human development, community outreach, child psychology, counseling, special education or related fields preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support students and families within the Community School catchment area.
• Monitor and mentor an identified group of students and caregivers.
• Coordinate group sessions and submit timely reports detailing participation and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
• Liaise between the school and a diverse community of families in events and parent meetings.
• Participate in community and school activities supporting school initiatives.
• Monitor progress of school-community activities and keep records of results.
• Facilitate activities that promote stronger staff relationships with parents/guardians.
• Establish cooperative relationships with staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
