Job summary

Valora Medical Group is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to grow awareness of our primary care services and expand the geriatric patient population. You will collaborate with the marketing events team, attend Health Fairs, and engage with the public to promote Valora’s services and enroll new patients.

The role requires flexible hours due to events outside regular business hours, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a sales role is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required for this territory.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
• Healthcare industry experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit identified marketing sites to promote Valora's Medical and Wellness Centers and services.
• Inform prospective patients of all Valora's services.
• Generate new patient leads and enrollments.
• Collaborate with Events team on Health Fairs and community events.
• Partner with insurance agents, brokers, and senior communities to host events.
• Deliver presentations to prospective patients.
• Identify potential community partnerships to market Valora’s services.
• Maintain excellent relationships with insurance agents and brokers.
