Job summary

Acenda Health is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to support the BEANS program, expanding access to school meals and reducing food insecurity. You will coordinate community outreach, screenings, and navigation services, serving as the liaison for events and engagement activities.

The role emphasizes cultural responsiveness, collaboration with staff, and timely reporting of participation metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Effectively engages diverse client populations.
• Uphold ethical standards in accordance with agency policy and practices.
• Ability to provide culturally competent service delivery with cultural humility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a calendar of community outreach, engagement and educational activities.
• Conduct participant screenings and provide information, referrals, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with program staff regarding community events, resource events, fairs and public forums.
• Track outreach activities, community feedback, participation metrics and engagement outcomes; prepare reports and recommendations for program staff.
• Assist with program operations related to community engagement initiatives including logistics, promotional materials, scheduling and event coordination.
• Review outreach strategies and recommend improvements based on community feedback, participation trends, and program goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned
