CMHA is seeking a full-time Clinician (40 hours/week) based in New Britain, CT, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Compensation: The annual salary starts at $57,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity, considering benefits and paid time off to ensure competitiveness.
Sign-on Bonus: A $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments after 6 months and 1 year of employment.
Position Summary: Serve as a key member of the Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) team, providing treatment for youth/young adults and parents with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Services include screening, brief counseling, MDFT, Medication Assisted Treatment, case management, recovery support, and prevention groups. Provide services in-home or in-office, coordinating with other services, and documenting as required.
