Job summary

Abraxas Youth and Family Services in Morgantown, PA seeks bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians to join our mission of helping youth and families heal. The role provides clinical services, develops treatment plans, and supports program development in a residential setting.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field and have at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related discipline and one year of clinical experience.
• Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services to assigned clients as per licensing guidelines and ensures compliance with policies and procedures and licensing agencies.
• Performs individual and group therapy.
• Develops treatment plans and monthly reports on client behavior, attitude, achievement, education, and progress.
• Analyzes client records and treatment progress in relation to services.
• Ensures documentation is completed timely and meets regulatory requirements.
• Addresses goals from individualized treatment plans and updates plans as needed.
• Collaborates with clinical director, case managers, treatment supervisors and education department to ensure restitution and court costs obligations are fulfilled.
