Job summary
West End Family Counseling Services is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) clinician to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in clinic and community settings across West San Bernardino County. We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about making a positive impact.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Eligible for licensure/registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, APCC) in California.
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Experience with adults and families in mental health or community settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Deliver rehabilitation and ADL skill-building services.
- Provide case management and care coordination.
- Complete clinical documentation within Medi-Cal timelines and standards.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and program activities.
- Perform additional program-related duties as assigned.
