Job summary

WestCoast Children's Clinic in Oakland, CA seeks a bilingual Outpatient Clinician (Spanish/English) for a full-time, exempt position. The clinician will provide services at our Oakland/ Fruitvale clinic and in community settings, with a hybrid schedule combining in-person therapy and remote documentation.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field, and bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; experience with Spanish-speaking clients preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical experience in community mental health with underserved children/adolescents preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed treatments and Foster care/child welfare settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a bilingual Spanish-speaking caseload while meeting productivity goals.
• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, caregiver guidance, and case management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services and timely documentation.
• Complete billing, documentation and participate in supervision, case conferences and trainings.
• Be willing to travel within a 90-mile radius to meet clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
