We are seeking a Bilingual Clinician who is passionate about improving behavioral health outcomes within Latino communities and providing culturally competent clinical care. This position supports monolingual Spanish-speaking clients through clinical assessment, treatment, care coordination, and community-based behavioral health services.

Candidates must reside in Connecticut to be eligible for this position.

This position will work across the clinical sites of our partners at BHcare and Bridges Healthcare.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will provide direct clinical services, treatment planning, and supervision to support the delivery of behavioral health services to Spanish-speaking individuals and families.

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, individual, family, and group therapy services in community-based and partner organization settings.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans while collaborating with consumers, families, and community providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, treatment teams, and community resources to promote engagement and continuity of care.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and scheduling oversight for the Bilingual Community Health Worker.
  • Partner with leadership and quality teams to support program development, workflow improvement, performance monitoring, and service delivery goals.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, authorizations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring:
  • Master's degree in Social Work and current Connecticut LCSW licensure, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience serving individuals with serious and persistent mental health conditions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to provide clinical assessments, treatment, and counseling services in both languages.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations, preferably within Latino communities, and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Supervisory, mentoring, program coordination, or community-based behavioral health experience preferred, including supporting staff development and service delivery initiatives.
