Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active license to practice in Ohio (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC-S, PC, PCC, or PCC-S).
• Fluent in English and Spanish with effective bilingual communication.
• Two years or more experience with behavioral health or SUD populations.
• Knowledge of multiple clinical modalities and human behavior theories.
• Must have a valid Ohio/Michigan driver's license and be willing to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of DSM-5 to provide diagnostic assessments for adults, teens, and children.
• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy interventions.
• Client visits in office and community settings (schools, facilities, private homes).
• Maintains complete and current clinical records.
• Meets productivity goals.
• Manages caseload with regular file reviews for audit readiness.
• Knowledge of community resources to support sobriety and stability.
• Enter clinical documentation in the EHR per policies.
• Uphold agency mission, vision, and professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
