The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services, is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist for the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center. You will provide psychological services, testing, and therapy on an assigned unit, and contribute to treatment planning and documentation.

Spanish language ability is required or highly desired, and you must obtain QIDP certification within two years. This union position offers comprehensive benefits and varied in‑office schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a Clinical Psychologist by IL Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Ability to speak, read and write Spanish at a colloquial skill level.

Responsabilités

• Provides psychological services on an assigned unit or units.
• Conducts psychological testing and therapy (individual, group, family).
• Develops behavior modification plans and participates in treatment planning.
• Maintains treatment records and documentation per standards.
• Interprets and communicates with Spanish-speaking consumers and families.
• Participates in hospital-wide committees and manages aggression as needed.
