• 10+ years' experience in healthcare or similar field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Bilingual-Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large scale healthcare centers/clinics.
• Experience in value-based care operations and clinic unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive daily smooth functioning of the center.
• Supervise, coach and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners.
• Oversee scheduling, billing processes, and patient care standards.
• Support growth of Texas clinics and ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
