Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling.
• Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Update and maintain electronic client records.
• Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations.
• Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided).
• Help ensure the clinic is safe, positive, and supportive.
