Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for clients and employees, ensuring strong relationships and smooth staffing operations across our Ohio branch.

You will coordinate onboarding, timekeeping, payroll setup, and daily branch tasks while traveling locally to client sites as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel and Google Docs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and employees.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Communicate staffing needs, schedules, assignments, and concerns.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, placements, and assignments.
• Ensure employee paperwork, timekeeping, and payroll information are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with requirements.
• Visit client locations as needed to maintain relationships and resolve concerns.
• Assist with daily branch operations, data entry, and customer service.
• Train and support new hires in Front Desk and Account Manager positions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
