Qualifications

• Current and active series 7/63 licenses OR ability to obtain within 6 months of start date as a condition of employment.
• Read and write at professional level in English as well as Chinese.
• Flexible and able to work on chats/secure messages as business needs change.
• Ability to engage clients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport.
• Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience with high focus on risk awareness and mitigation.
• Effective research and problem-solving skills to help fulfill client requests as well as fellow supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound chats and secure messages from international and domestic clients.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options and general account servicing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment to support client needs.
• Help clients Own Their Tomorrow by providing proactive guidance and clear communication.
