Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year securities industry experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• SIE certification and Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as state requirements demand.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first contact for a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, email, and in person.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and verify client information in internal systems.
• Prepare reports, monitor asset transfers, and input orders for advisors.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements in documentation.
