UBS is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Coral Gables to support financial advisors with order entry, client communications, and meeting materials. You will help maintain client records, educate clients on services, and prepare materials for meetings.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, 3-5 years in client service in finance, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is essential, with Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
3-5 years' experience in client service within the finance sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented; nothing gets past you.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct order entry functions supporting the Financial Advisor to keep client records up-to-date.
Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
Assist with preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
Collect documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
