Job summary

UBS, a global wealth manager, is seeking a Client Associate to support a Financial Advisory (FA) team in Boca Raton. You will keep client records current, educate clients on services, and assist with meeting materials and reports.

Ideal candidates have Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, 5+ years in client service in finance, a business/finance degree, and strong communication with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 preferred.
• 5+ years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Assist in preparing reports and materials for client meetings.
• Collect documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
