Job summary

The Forge Companies in Atlanta, GA seeks a Case Analyst to support client onboarding and coordination between clients and Financial Consultants. You will manage case lifecycle tasks, track progress, and ensure accurate records in Alloy and related systems.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, and a Georgia Life Insurance license is required or obtained within 6 months. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Georgia Life Insurance License required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and client support to internal and external clients.
• Bridge between client-facing Financial Consultants and client onboarding.
• Track, anticipate, and coordinate next steps in case lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and update real-time case status in Alloy.
• Assist with onboarding structured settlement annuities knowledge.
• Prepare settlement materials for client meetings.
• Support consultants with pre- and post-meeting materials and updates.
• Coordinate policy mailings with production teams.
