Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to deliver high-touch, white-glove service to members, providers, and clients within a health insurance environment. You will act as the single point of contact, guiding members through their healthcare journey with personalized support on benefits, claims, eligibility, and plan navigation.

You will handle inbound/outbound communications in English and Spanish, resolve inquiries with ownership and empathy, and contribute to high member

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center in healthcare/insurance/TPA
• Bilingual English and Spanish written and spoken proficiency
• Comfortable handling multiple channels and dynamic workloads
• Familiarity with call center metrics and quality standards; experience with claims processing preferred
• Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet targets
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for members and providers in English and Spanish
• Deliver concierge-level service with tailored solutions and outbound follow-ups
• Assist with benefits education, eligibility verification, and plan navigation
• Guide members through claims inquiries and explanations of benefits
• Support provider searches, appointment coordination, and healthcare navigation
• Research and resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and coverage
• Investigate escalations and research root causes of denials/underpayments
• Maintain accurate records of progress and status; escalate when needed
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally and empathetically to retain members
