Job summary

Environment Control is seeking a motivated Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor in the Columbus area to oversee cleaning staff and ensure high cleanliness standards. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.

You will train staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and communicate with clients professionally while adhering to safety protocols. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are possible to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
• Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
• Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any incidents or issues that arise.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and excellence.
