Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking an Assistant Educator in Madison, WI to support children's learning and development in a positive, nurturing environment. The role requires an Associate degree in education or early childhood education, with Spanish fluency highly preferred, and experience as a Teacher Assistant or Paraprofessional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the needs of each child.
• Collaborate with educator to monitor academic progress of each child.
• Assist in delivering daily lesson plans and understand classroom operations when the teacher is absent.
• Work with individual children to support learning and development.
