Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass Oregon Central Background Registry checks prior to hire.
• Fit for Duty and TB Testing per Head Start regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a learning environment and develop weekly lesson plans with observations.
• Engage in active supervision and maintain required adult-child ratio.
• Assist the Teacher with lesson plans and curriculum implementation.
• Support inclusion for children with mental health or special needs.
