Job summary

Teachstone seeks qualified bilingual independent contractors to provide CLASS observation services across Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K classrooms in Virginia. Engagements are project-based with no guaranteed hours and contractors manage their own schedule and travel.

Preferred candidates hold CLASS certification, have English and Spanish proficiency, and demonstrate professional communication and data collection experience. Travel within an agreed geographic radius may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Child Development or Education) preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CLASS observations or educational assessments is preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, punctuality, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-based CLASS observation services within Virginia.
• Complete observation deliverables and post-observation documentation by deadlines.
• Maintain required CLASS certification and reliability status as project requires.
• Arrange own transportation for site visits and coordinate with client requirements.
