Job summary

Teachstone is seeking a CLASS Observation Specialist to join the Observation Services team. You will conduct CLASS observations (in-person, remote live, and/or video), audit data and written feedback reports, providing reliability support and conducting trainings for observers, with travel up to 75% within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with the CLASS methodology.
• CLASS certification in Pre-K, Infant & Toddler tools.
• Experience presenting educational materials and/or facilitating training for adults.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets; proficient with Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide CLASS reliability support to observers.
• Conduct CLASS Observation Trainings for contracted observers.
• Develop relationships with observers and team members.
• Support with CLASS written feedback audits.
• Conduct in-person and video CLASS observations and post-observation data entry.
• Perform fidelity checks and calibrations.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and KPIs.
• Assist with day-of site communications between sites and the project team.
• Document efficiencies and support multiple projects simultaneously.
