Argo Group is seeking a Bilingual Triage Specialist to support FNOL intake and claims triage in a fully in-office role. The position offers opportunities to move into Claims Trainee roles as you grow within the insurance industry.

The role emphasizes accurate data capture, prompt call handling, and collaboration with claims teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a path to develop into adjuster roles.

Qualifications

• One year insurance experience (required). General knowledge of commercial insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years’ prior relevant work experience; or vocational/technical education with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is required for effective customer interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read/write clearly on the telephone.
• Experience with Guidewire and/or ClaimsCenter preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to claims adjusters to facilitate timely intake and assignment of commercial claims.
• Update new and existing claims in the claims database and contact brokers as needed.
• Screen incoming calls and route to proper party.
• Prepare written correspondence.
• Electronic and paper filing as needed.
