Job summary

Argo Group in Los Angeles is seeking a highly capable Bilingual Claims Assistant to join our in-office team. You will support a nationwide group of claims adjusters, handle calls, mail, and data entry while upholding accuracy and service standards for brokers, claimants, and insureds.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience (or vocational training with 1+ year), 50 wpm typing, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience, or vocational training with at least 1 year.
• Typing speed at least 50 wpm with high accuracy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to a nationwide team of claims adjusters.
• Input data for new and existing claims.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence; manage outgoing mail.
• Review claims for payment and verify details.
• Document findings in FSITrack.
