Job summary

Sbtglobalinc is seeking a full-time CIM systems engineer to operate and maintain logistics automation and production systems tailored for battery manufacturing. You will design and update CIM workflows, and work with customers to capture new requirements.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, collaboration with MES and MCS teams, and documentation of issues and best practices. You will help with smart factory initiatives, ensuring CIM aligns with IT and manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CIM systems for logistics automation
Review and update CIM-PLC communication specifications
Monitor CIM operations and analyze equipment logs
Troubleshoot issues related to CIM and communication with PLC
Provide service and support by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with CIM-related issues
Collaborate with MES and MCS engineers to ensure smooth system integration across manufacturing processes
Support equipment interface development and validation to guarantee real-time communication between production equipment and higher-level systems
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to enhance stability and efficiency of CIM operations
Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
Assist in projects for smart factory initiatives, ensuring CIM is aligned with enterprise IT and manufacturing goals
