Job summary

Sbtglobalinc is seeking a Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance MCS/MES interfaces within a smart factory setting. You will analyze requirements, coordinate IT and manufacturing teams, and ensure stable, scalable solutions across ERP and manufacturing systems.

The role requires strong programming and database skills, experience with Oracle ERP OM, and bilingual Korean/English, with willingness to travel internationally and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with ERP solutions and integration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
• Experience in software design and development using Java/JavaScript/HTML/XML/JSON.
• 4+ years of Oracle ERP Order Management (OM) experience or equivalent ERP experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support MCS, CIM, RTD, and RMS applications in a smart factory environment.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interfaces between MCS and MES.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and development teams to implement integrations.
• Analyze requirements and obtain stakeholder approval for system changes.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable manufacturing systems.
