The Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Bilingual Child Support Customer Services Rep 2 for the Communication Center. This telework position requires fluency in English and Spanish, focusing on ensuring support obligations are met through effective communication with clients.

It also administers outreach programs like Fatherhood, Prison Re-Entry, and Parental Accountability Court to increase non-custodial parental involvement.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and two years of relevant experience, or one year at a lower level. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and call center experience.
