Job description

Telework opportunities are available depending on the position.

Start your career in public service: The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) within DHS enhances the well-being of children by locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity and support orders, enforcing and modifying support obligations, and managing child support payments. DCSS promotes parent accountability and self-sufficiency while reducing public financial responsibilities. It also administers outreach programs like Fatherhood, Prison Re-Entry, and Parental Accountability Court to increase non-custodial parental involvement.

The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), through the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS), is seeking candidates for the position of Bilingual Child Support Customer Services Rep 2 for the Communication Center. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
