Job summary

Paychex seeks an Associate Channel Marketing Manager to drive multilingual marketing initiatives, focusing on Spanish-speaking audiences. You will translate, localize, and transcreate content, while leveraging AI and automation to streamline translation workflows and content scalability.

Qualifications

• Business-level fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in translation, localization, and multicultural marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning applications, and API integrations.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and content creation.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar creative tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing marketing programs and promotions with referral partners to maximize product visibility.
• Reviews marketing tools to ensure features and value proposition are current and compliant.
• Acts as primary/secondary contact and program manager for assigned programs/partners.
• Translation, localization, and transcreation of marketing content for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Utilize AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve translation workflows and content scalability.
• Assist with website localization and multilingual content initiatives.
• Monitor program performance and identify optimization opportunities.
