Job summary

ReNue Rx is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our pharmacy team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and maintaining patient records with a focus on excellent service.

Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, inventory management, and assisting in audits. CPhT certification is required, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet patient

Qualifications

• CPhT certification required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with pharmacy technology systems and software.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering patient queries in English and Spanish.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and update patient profiles.
• Operate pharmacy equipment such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Translate healthcare information and prescriptions between English and Spanish where necessary.
• Assist in pharmacy audits and quality assurance processes.
