Job summary

We employ Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) and Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS)—individuals with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges—who receive specialized training to support others on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in the recovery process from mental health disorders and/or substance use.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; fluent in both verbal and written formats.
• Criminal History Clearances- PA State Police Clearance, Child Abuse, FBI

• Inspire hope through 1:1 peer support, using lived experience to empower others.
• Promote empowerment and self-determination through supportive guidance and tools.
• Build trust and help peers achieve growth on their recovery journey.
