Job summary

Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) in Lawrence, MA is seeking an experienced Central Refill Technician Representative to assist patients with medication renewals and access. Under supervision of the Central Rx Manager, you will handle EMR documentation, liaise with outside pharmacies, and support clinical decision-making.

Required MA Pharmacy Technician license (or in process), bilingual English/Spanish, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license in good standing (or in process).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• EMR proficiency and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Document patient renewal requests in EMR prescription template.
• Faxes information to outside pharmacies and maintains pharmacy contacts.
• Assist with medication access and prior authorizations as needed.
• Research insurance coverage and copay information for clinicians.
