Responsibilities include reviewing orders, handling payments, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential local travel from Hickory, NC and a focus on reliable, professional service.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with Medical Card is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record and stable work history.
• Travel required on assigned routes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle before and after trips.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients on schedule.

• Assist with loading/unloading and accepting payments.

CDL Drivers (Class A) are Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of vehicle before and after the trip.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage
• Comply with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – A issued by the state where you intend to work and Medical Card.
• 1 Year verifiable tractor – trailer experience.
