Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, understanding).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and engage with them throughout their shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Answer questions and provide product information to meet customer needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Promote store promotions and suggest complementary merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising updates and price changes.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to management.
• Attend to housekeeping tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming) as needed.
• Support daily store operations and adhere to company policies.
