Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST customer service.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Suggest complementary merchandise and promote store promotions.
• Respond to inquiries in person and over the phone regarding products, pricing, and inventory.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and other store tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be punctual and presentable.
