Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and POS transactions.
• Maintain shelf accuracy and stock displays; restore housekeeping.
• Promote store promotions and suggest complementary items.
• Answer product, pricing, and location questions, in person and by phone.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to management.
• Assist merchandising updates, price changes, and special orders.
