Qualifications

• Prefer Bilingual: English and Chinese.
• Able to periodically stand for long periods.
• Able to carry objects over 25 lbs.
• Available to work flexible schedules (afternoon shifts, weekends & holidays).

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and answer their questions in a professional manner.
• Identify product items properly.
• Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately.
• Bag items properly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person.
• Conduct customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Handle customer suggestions and complaints.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
