Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager I to assist in developing and implementing program activities in a compliant, client-centered way.

The role supports holistic client needs and connects individuals to internal or external services as appropriate. The position requires a BS in Human Services or related field, and bilingual Spanish proficiency, with at least one year of direct service experience with immigrants.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Human Services or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• One year experience in direct service with immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate program activities per goals and work scope.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with funders and agencies.
• Order, prepare and maintain materials for daily operation.
• Represent the program professionally in schools, community, and forums.
• Plan special projects and events focusing on community service and connectivity.
• Assist Supervisor with field visits, outreach and recruitment.
• Ensure safety and proper use of agency property and equipment.
• Provide support including information about rights of undocumented residents.
