Job summary

Residing Hope, located in Enterprise, FL, is seeking a permanent, full-time exempt position with evening hours Tuesday–Saturday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM. This role involves serving as a liaison for youth, families, sponsors, and external agencies while coordinating admissions and service plans.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, with 2+ years in child welfare or case management preferred, and a Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• Two years of child welfare and/or case management experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Proof of Immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Fluently speaks, reads and writes in Spanish and English.
• Act as primary point of contact for youth, family, sponsors and external agencies.
• Complete admissions, assessments and Individual Service Plans within regulatory timeframes.
• Participate in weekly case reviews and provide case updates in oral and written formats.
• Coordinate release and transfer of youth in line with regulatory timeframes.
• Ensure case records meet documentation standards per federal and state regulations.
